Penn DOT Drainage Repair

Demonstration on an area that Penn Dot Maintenance claims nothing will work. Proper method to repair to this requires digging out the intersection and redoing the base. Two townships came together to perform this repair. They have repaired this problem area five years running. Proper installation would require cutting out pavement, adding a culvert pipe to the intersection, redoing the base with a good 2B modified or better stone to allow water to seep through this collection point. Because the problem intersects with a Penn Dot roadway, the paperwork to get this approved repair passed would require about two years wait. We decided to give UPM a shot at this to see how well we can hold up in this situation.
